Steel Erection & Maintenance, Inc. has been operating since 1972 in the beautiful state of

Arizona. Owner and president Jack Speer has been in metal building since 1963. Jack moved his

corporate office from the Phoenix area to Kingman, AZ in 1995. We have since opened an

additional office in Prescott Valley, AZ run by Jack’s son James Crawford. We continue to

maintain a work force in the Phoenix area as well. This enables Steel Erection & Maintenance,

Inc. to cover the entire state more efficiently. It is our belief that Steel Erection & Maintenance,

Inc. can meet all your metal building needs, erection and repair work. Along with the erection

services, we also offer building maintenance and repairs. Steel Erection & Maintenance, Inc. is a

Metallic Steel Building dealer, we can provide you with a quality steel building that we as

building erectors believe to be the top choice in pre-engineer metal builds.
